Name, email address, and optionally a mobile phone number - only what's needed to create an account and deliver Globes.
Photos, notes, voice recordings, video, and music you add to a Globe are stored on our servers and protected by access controls. A recipient opens a Globe with their private access code or link. This is access control, not end-to-end encryption: we hold the content so you and your recipient can open it.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or content with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you provide a mobile number for SMS notifications, we will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile number to any third party. Your number is used solely to send you notifications about Globe access codes and new memories you've received.
We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
Your data is stored on our servers and sent over HTTPS. Creator accounts use login credentials. Recipients use a private access code or link. Access is limited to operating and supporting the service. We do not encrypt Globe content so that only the recipient's device can read it.
You can delete your account and all associated content at any time by contacting support@justwantedtosay.com.
