Write what you've been holding back. Holding unsaid words inside takes work. Make a private Globe for one person—with notes, photos, voice, and music. Keep it for yourself, or send it when you're ready. No reply expected.

Some of my clients need a place to say what they can't say in a session. This is that place.
How it works
The One-Way Principle
Psychologist James Pennebaker’s four decades of expressive-writing research show that holding unspoken thoughts and feelings inside is active, exhausting work—and that translating what matters into honest words releases that weight. Most communication ruins that honesty with the pressure to perform an answer or the anxiety of waiting for one. Here, your words are written in private and given with no strings attached. No comment threads, no typing bubbles, no reactions. Keep it for yourself, or send it when you are ready.

Common questions
No. There are no reply buttons, reaction emojis, or public comment boxes. They receive your words in private without the burden of an immediate response.
Yes. There is no public feed, profile, or searchable directory. Only the person holding the private access code can open what you created.
Start with your words. If you wish, you can also add photographs, voice recordings, songs, or video moments—or keep it as simple as a single letter.
There is no expiration date. Your words wait quietly until they are ready—whether that is tonight, next month, or years from now.
Our story
I made the first one for my daughters—with things I carried for years and never quite said. It exists so you can say yours too.
